For those of us who remember lynx there is a nostalgic hit about the first time we realized that we could go anywhere in the world with just one click and now we take that power for granted and of course if there is a link you feel that is sorely missing here or any of my links are not working please let me know via my contact link and as there are really so many links today that we may not know where to begin i recommend starting with a search engine like google the springboard of the cyber literati that can allow you to find what you are looking for swiftly but perhaps you would rather see something more personal like the awesome site of my friend joel at crunchy gods complete with book reviews and a fabulous set of links or maybe you would prefer to delve into the musings of writing as grist magazine gives you an alternative take on the world of cyberzine articles for you to enjoy and for that matter mungo park offers more alternative and interesting reading but if cartoons are your thing and you can not seem to get enough laughs then try comics.com or for an off-mainstream view check out funny times or perhaps you are interested in seeing the inspirations for some of the tricks you have seen at this site in which case i suggest you see ambigrams where you can make your own visual pallindromes for lack of a better term right online and if you still do not know what an ambigram is then you should go back and browse my corporate identity section by clicking here and looking at the hagan logo and speaking of tricks if making music excites you then i strongly recommend myriad and their melody assistant which is how i created the backup band for my saxophone page which you can get to via my biography page by clicking on my bio link and speaking of music you should also check out the page of ty burhoe one of the finest tabla players in this part of the country and whom i have had the repeated pleasure of hearing at the peace dances and speaking of spirituality if hocus pocus is your thing like it is mine then you will enjoy the tarot and i ching and other interactive experiments at facade but nevertheless there are some of us who are mostly interested in using the web to collect free or near free fonts and software in which case i would suggest looking at the download page at zdnet for whatever platform you drive or if you want to see what is actually totally free software you could try son of spy freeware and if you want to get more specific like say you are looking for fonts there is esselte but be prepared to answer a few questions in order to receive their latest font for free and then again you may be looking for something specific to web development in which case i recommend pagespinner for a powerful shareware html editing tool and of course having the tools is one thing but knowing how to use them is another so you will want to see killersites for some useful tricks and examples and if it is java scripting you are after you can find useful cut and paste examples at the javascript source and some of the most effective and concise examples at nic's javascript page or if you are a hardware freak then you must already know of ebay and their online auctions at this point and speaking of hardware you can determine just about any type of memory your computer and peripherals may need by checking the charts at megamemory and i can hardly believe it but i am running out of breath so check here for more links sometime later on.
